Shipping to the United States — Enjoy free shipping on all orders.
We ship to all 50 states. Orders placed M-F in the morning and early afternoon are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of business hours or on holidays will default to the next business day.
We offer 3 shipping options:
- Standard Shipping via USPS flat rate (delivery window of 3-7 business days)
- FedEx 2-day Shipping
- FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders., USPS Standard Shipping is free. If you need to receive your items sooner, you can choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.

United Kingdom — Free Shipping on orders £35 GBP and over
Orders £35 and up qualify for free expedited shipping anywhere in the UK. Orders below £35 will ship via Royal Mail 2-day shipping.
Orders placed M-F before 1 pm GMT will ship the same day. Orders placed outside of business hours or holidays and weekends will default to the next business day. Europe — Free Shipping on orders €50 and over
We offer free shipping on orders to the European Union on orders over €50. Shipping to any of the EU member countries should take between 7-14 days. The countries included are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Because we are fulfilling from the UK, we are participating in the IOSS system. This means that VAT and customs are included at checkout for orders below €150. For orders above €150 there may be additional fees upon arrival.
Canada — Free Shipping on orders $60 CAD and over
We offer free shipping to Canada on orders of $60 CAD or more. Shipping rates on orders under $60 CAD are calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the courier that you choose.
Please note that orders must meet designated free shipping minimums after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied.
UAE — Free Shipping on orders 150 AED and over.
All orders will ship via 2-day shipping. Orders of 150 AED or more will ship free. A flat rate of 20 AED will apply to all orders below 150 AED. Please note that orders must meet designated free shipping minimums after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied
International Shipping Options
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the courier that you choose. We currently offer trackable international shipping via Passport & FedEx.
Shipping speeds with Passport vary from country to country. For simplicity, we’ve denoted shipping estimates by continent:
- North America (7-14 business days)
- Europe (non-EU) and Africa (14-21 business days)
- The Middle East (non UAE) and Asia (20-30 business days)
For faster delivery, we also offer express shipping via FedEx DDU.
*Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country’s government. While zanhogan is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries, we are happy to help you understand current customs regulations in your country. Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We want you to be 100% delighted by your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, zanhogan gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase, except on final sale items and if otherwise stated.
Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.
How to Complete a Return
Returns are quick and easy with our online system!
US Customers: If you would like to return the items you purchased, you can create a pre-paid shipping label through the steps below. Please note that $5 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise. However, this fee is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit.
1. Visit zanhogan.com. Enter your order number and zip code. You can find your order number by logging into your zanhogan account and navigating to your order history.
2. Choose the item(s) you would like to return and follow the prompts.
3. Then choose whether you would like to (A) exchange and shop zanhogan instantly with your return value, (B) receive store credit to shop at a later stage, or (C) a refund back to your original payment method.
4. Print out the return label, or save the QR code and ensure that your return is securely packaged and send it back to us via USPS.
UK Customers: If you would like to return the items you purchased, you can create a pre-paid shipping label through the steps below. 4. Print out the return label or save the QR code and ensure that your return is securely packaged and send it back to us via Royal Mail.
EU Customers: If you would like to return or exchange the items you purchased, please follow the steps below. *Please note that we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels at this time.
1. Click the following link to visit our zanhogan Returns Centre. Enter your order number and postcode. You can find your order number by logging into your zanhogan account and navigating to your order history.
2. Choose the item(s) you would like to return.
3. Then select your preferred resolution from the drop-down menu. You can choose from the following (A) exchange and note the new item(s) in the message section (B) other for store credit to shop at a later stage, or (C) refund back to your original payment method.
4. Print out the return slip and address label. Please include the return slip inside your parcel and affix the address label to the outside.
UAE & International Customers: If you would like to return the items you purchased, you can submit your return for a refund following the steps below. *Please note that we are unable to provide return shipping labels for UAE and international returns.
1. Visit zanhogan.com. Enter your order number and zip code. You can find your order number by logging into your zanhogan account and navigating to your order history.
2. Choose the item(s) you would like to return and follow the prompts.
3. Ensure that your return is securely packaged and send it to the address provided via your preferred courier.
Please note: zanhogan is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
